The US-zionist war on Iran was unprovoked and is illegal. While it continues, it has exposed the true nature of the two sides. On one side are barbarians without regard to human life. On the other are the defenders who operate within the moral constraints of Islam.
Donald is a notorious liar, cheat, fraud and pedophile. The victim of zionist blackmail (Epstein files) and of hubris, he is thrashing about wildly to get out of an unwinnable war. Islamic Iran is not prepared to let him off the hook. It has decided to punish the war criminals.
By controlling shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, the Islamic Republic has Trump by the throat. Oil prices and, therefore, prices of food and other goods have skyrocketed. Unable to do anything about it, he is demanding others bail him out. They have said, thanks but no thanks.
There is immense sympathy for the Islamic Republic of Iran among Muslims worldwide. Many fairminded non-Muslims also see it as a victim of imperialist and zionist aggression. While rallying to its support, they must also purchase Iranian products to support it.
In his continuing series on the early history of Islam, Abu Dharr takes a deeper look at the oppostion that emerged to the rule of ‘Uthman, the third khalifah. He examines the role of well-known individuals from among the Muhajirun to enlighten our understanding.
The US has dozens of military bases in West Asia from where it has launched attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran. In self-defence, Islamic Iran has carried out retaliatory strikes and caused significant damage to bases built with trillions of dollars in investment.
By allowing military bases of the enemies of Islam on their lands to attack Muslims is a betrayal of the fundamental principle of Islam. If the Arabian potentates thought they were buying security, they now know better. It is time to shut down these bases and expel all Americans.
The US-zionist war on Islamic Iran must be viewed through the Qur’anic, Sirah, and Islamic movement frameworks to understand the deeper systems of power (mustakbirīn vs. mustaḍʿafīn). The war represents the global hegemonic order rooted in domination and deception.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has stood all alone against the forces of darkness and barbarism. By making enormous sacrifices, it is defending the entire Muslim world yet the response of Muslim governments and the ulama to US-zionist aggression has been appalling.
The US-zionist war on Islamic Iran cannot be isolated from the broader war on the Ummah, be it Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq or Yemen. The Islamic Revolution of 1979 posed an ideological challenge to western hegemony. The west is waging war to destroy the power of Islam.
The Islamic Revolution should not be viewed as a local affair confined to Iran. Its impact is global and has to be emulated by struggling Muslims everywhere to bring about meaningful change in their societies against tyrannical regimes.
By toning down its opposition to the Arabian potentates in hopes of influencing their behaviour appears not to have yielded the expected results. These regimes cannot be reformed; they must be overthrown by supporting the struggling masses in their quest for justice.
April 18, 2026 will mark 30 years since Dr Kalim Siddiqui passed away to join heavenly compamy. His life’s struggle, clarity of thought and activism offer important lessons for struggling Muslims even today.
Dr. Kalim Siddiqui rejected both quietism and reactionary militancy. Instead, he advocated a principled, Qur’an-centered struggle rooted in moral clarity, intellectual independence, and long-term civilizational renewal through what he called the global Islamic movement.
