• Please mail this form and your payment to the correct Crescent office for your region.
• Subscribers in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei should send forms and payment to the Other Press Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.
• Subscribers in southern Africa should pay the Rand rate, send forms and payment to our South African office.
• All other subscriptions should be paid in US dollars or pounds sterling, and sent to our North American or UK offices.
