Israel’s killing of Palestinians has become so routine that it hardly evokes a yawn. 300 unarmed Palestinian protesters have been killed and another 30,000 or more injured in Gaza since March 2018, but the Zionists intensified attacks on Gaza with missiles and bombs that killed another 34 and injured 110 others in two days last month.
After two days of heavy Israeli bombardment of Gaza, a ceasefire was agreed through the efforts of Egypt and the UN.
Gaza has been describes as an open-air prison. It is much worse. Its grim statistics—95% of the water being undrinkable leading to many otherwise preventable diseases, lack of food and lack of desperately-needed medicines—all point to the people’s alarming plight at the hands of Zionist occupiers.
Pakistan will gain nothing by recognizing Zionist Israel despite the clamor in some quarters that it will benefit the country. Islamabad would lose the moral and legal argument about Indian occupation of Kashmir.
Zionist Israel is a racist entity, discriminating against indigenous Palestinians. Its racism has now seeped into the educational system as well where Palestinian children are being forced to accept the Zionists’ falsified history that Palestine belongs to the Jews and that Palestinians are aliens on their own land.
