Fallujah’s liberation and the challenges ahead

Ali Ameri

Ramadan 26, 14372016-07-01

Has the central government in Baghdad realized that merely liberating physical space from the clutches of the takfiris is not enough? It has to win the hearts and minds of people that found the demonic notions of the takfiris appealing. A good starting point would be to treat citizens equally above tribal or sectarian considerations.

Battle for Tikrit: Beginning of the end for takfiris?

Crescent International

Jumada' al-Akhirah 02, 14372016-03-11

The Takfiris may be seeing the end of their short-lived glory marked by gore and horrific acts of public beheadings and burning people alive. Iraqi government forces backed by militias--both Shia and Sunni--have made significant gains in and around Tikrit, hometown of the former Iraqi dictator Saddam Husain. Further west in Syria, the Syrian army is making steady gains against them in Aleppo. The takfiris are being squeezed from both sides.

Zionists openly backing takfiri terrorists in Iraq, Syria

Editor

Muharram 19, 14372015-11-01

There is conclusive proof, if proof indeed were needed, of Zionist participation in the takfiris’ crimes against governments in Iraq and Syria. On October 22, the Iraqi security forces captured Colonel Yusi Oulen Shahak from Israel’s Golani Brigade.

Shocking facts about DU

Name withheld upon request

Shawwal 15, 14362015-08-01

I was shocked to read details about the effect of depleted uranium (DU) on people, especially children, in Iraq (Crescent International, July 2015). The increase in cancer rates in Iraq from 40 per 100,000 in 1991 to at least 1,600 per 100,000 in 2005 is truly alarming. “This is an increase of 4,000% over a 25-year period,” as your report points out. Not surprisingly, there is seldom any mention of these facts in the Western corporate media.

The takfiris did not emerge in a vacuum. They have been financed, trained and armed by a number of countries for their nefarious designs. We expose the conspirators.

Battle of the [self-proclaimed] caliphs!

Crescent International

Sha'ban 18, 14362015-06-05

Claiming to be the Khalifah (caliph) of Muslims is not a trifle matter; it carries grave responsibilities in Islam. Unfortunately, even a venerable institution like the Khilafah has been turned into a plaything by mass murderers at the behest of their Wahhabi-Najdi masters as well as imperialists and Zionists. We examine the case of two self-proclaimed caliphs: Mullah Omar and Abu Bakr al Baghdadi.

US-Zionist plan to split Iraq on course

Crescent International

Rajab 14, 14362015-05-03

The Americans under orders from their Zionist masters, are pushing for the break-up of Iraq. This has once again become clear from the House Armed Services Committee bill that was presented on April 27. The redrawing of borders in the Middle East is part of the broader plan to safeguard the Zionist state by destroying other states in the region.

Crescent International

Jumada' al-Akhirah 29, 14362015-04-18

If news about the killing of Ezzet Ibrahim al Douri is correct, it would definitely be a big blow to the terrorist operations in Iraq. He was the one who facilitated the alliance between the takfiri terrorists and Ba'athist military personnel.

Editor

Jumada' al-Akhirah 12, 14362015-04-01

Amid all the doom and gloom, Iraq and Syria have taken steps to mend fences. This comes at about the same time as Barack Obama’s admission that the takfiris arose because of George Bush’s foolish decision to invade Iraq in 2003.

Jumada' al-Akhirah 12, 14362015-04-01

The The takfiri terrorists have been dealt a severe military and psychological blow. They have been defeated by a combination of Iraqi government forces and Sunni and Shia militias in Takrit, hometown of the former Iraqi dictator Saddam Husain. Crescent International

Rabi' al-Awwal 13, 14362015-01-04

There is no let up in the US-Saudi-Zionist-backed takfiris' murderous campaign in Iraq. The Christian New Year was ushered in with more killings of innocents. The year 2014 was declared the bloodiest since 2007 according to figures released by the UN. The year 2015 looks like even bloodier unless the takfiri terrorists are stopped in their tracks and put out of business, and soon.

Is the US serious in fighting the takfiris?

Crescent International

Rabi' al-Awwal 05, 14362014-12-27

Not only are the US and its allies not serious in fighting the takfiris but they are actually supporting, financing and arming them. There is ample evidence of this despite loud claims by the US to fight them. The real aim is the destruction and destabilization of the entire region.
