It seems highly unlikely since they are rank amateurs and cannot even scramble an egg in a hurry much less launch a successful ground operation. That explains why they want to hire mercenaries to fight their war.

Drafting of the agreement with all its technical details will begin soon to complete the process by June 30. Hundreds of others were badly injured. The takfiris claimed responsibility for the attack, as reported by the BBC.
