Maldives Islands

Name withheld upon request

This reader, who wishes to remain anonymous because he lives in Dubai, felt the Maldives islands should have gone down into the sea with the crew of over-weight Saudis accompanying the crown prince.

I was hoping and praying that with so many ponderous bulks the Saudis will bring to bear on the tiny islands of the Maldives that they would sink into the sea. We know these islands are slowly sinking and very soon will disappear. I was also praying for a tsunami but alas it did not occur. The aged and sickly Saudi Crown Prince Salman and his equally sickening entourage managed to get out alive. What a pity!
