Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has rejected appeals from doctors and politicians to allow Palestinian children wounded in Israel’s brutal assault on Gaza, to get treatment in Canada. Harper is a staunch ally of Israel.
Even while holding indirect talks in Cairo with the Palestinians to agree on a long-term cease-fire, the zionists launched murderous attacks on the Gaza Strip today. Their duplicity and criminality know no bounds.
Norwegian doctor, Dr Mads Gilbert has dedicated his life to serving the besieged and traumatized people of Gaza. He sends this heart-wrenching letter from Shifa Hospital in Gaza where he has been working virtually 24-hour shifts treating to the wounded, traumatized as well as those that could not be saved. He exposes the extreme brutality of the zionists. In the photo he kisses goodbye to a child that could not be saved.
“The dogs did leave one single part of the poor baby’s body intact,” said a tearful Abu Aukal. “We have seen heart-breaking scenes over the past 18 days. We picked up children whose bodies were torn or burnt, but nothing like this.”
Two Palestinian children, one of them just three years old, were killed in al-Khalil (Hebron) on December 10 when two missiles fired from Apache helicopters — supplied to Israel by the US after the current intifada began last year — slammed into cars at the city’s busy al-Salaam junction during the afternoon rush-hour.
The Zionist occupation forces have imposed a strict curfew on the southern part of the West Bank town of Hebron. The complete blockade of the city is part of the Zionists’ collective punishment to inflict suffering on 400,000 Palestinian residents while the gun-toting Zionist settlers prowl the streets freely.
