Jubilations in Iraq are well deserved. After eight months of brutal fighting in and around Mosul, the last pockets of takfiri terrorists were eliminated on Saturday July 8.
With the recapture of al-Nuri Mosque in the heart of West Mosul (Old City), the Iraqi army has all but completed the liberation of Mosul, the self-proclaimed seat of government of the terrorist outfit, Daesh/ISIS and its command centre.
While not entirely its end, Mosul’s liberation will be a major blow to the takfiri terrorists in the region.
Through massive propaganda, Muslims are led to believe that there deep differences between Shias and Sunnis. To advance this agenda, crises are deliberately engineered that lead to bloodshed.
