Sick of the sick, old Aal Saud!

Mohammed H. Siddiq

Originally from the Hijaz, writer Mohammed H Siddiq says he is sick and tired of the corruption, incompetence and gross mismanagement of the House of Saud.

This native of Madinah is unwilling to accept Aal Saud’s rule because in 1932, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Saud lied about establishing an Islamic state. His sons and grandsons have continued the lies and deceit. The ruling amirs and their hand-picked associates are a tiny minority that has never shared the wealth with the majority. They account for less than 2% of the population but dominate every aspect of life. This tiny un-elected group has been ruling (not leading) the country more by fear and intimidation than by legitimacy. In the area of human rights and liberty, what amir Nayef, former Interior Minister, and his henchmen did to the people was a crime beyond despicable (he is now in the hands of God).

These old, poorly educated and sick rulers are reckless and must be stopped. They have abused the people and eroded Arabia’s resources. The billions Aal Saud spent on weapons they are incapable of using could have made poor Muslims around the world the happiest people on earth. For 80 years Aal Saud have behaved like gods without consideration to principles, true shura, respect for human rights, Islamic values or innocent lives. Dear people of Makkah and Madinah, change is coming; we are going to make it, insha‘allah.
