Religion banned?

Name withheld upon request

The Saudis want to ban religious activities also during Hajj and Umrah. What else do they plan to ban?

I recently applied for a visa to visit the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. The Saudi embassy sent forms that had the following statement at the bottom: “I fully understand that alcohol, narcotics, pornographic materials and all types of religious and political activities are prohibited. I accept that if I violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I shall be subject to capital punishment.” So we are prohibited even from religious activities while performing Umrah and Hajj?
