In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
“And indeed, Our [revealed] word to Our prophets and apostles has preceded [them], [That] they for sure would be triumphant [due to Our support]; And [that] for sure, Our troops would be [by the end of the day] victorious [our to Our backing]. Therefore, [O Prophet], depart from them [the mushriks] for a while, and discern [what will happen to] them—for they will [in time] notice [what they really did]. Do they truly want Us to expedite their painful punishment, [knowing that] if [and when] Our punishment falls upon their territory, hapless will be the waking of those who were forewarned?!” [The Qur'an, Surah al-Saffat [37], verses 171-177].
All praise is due to God, Lord of the worlds.
He is not unaware of what the unjust do. In His justice, He has pledged to support the committed Muslims [Surah al-Rum [30], verse 47].
May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet—the fighter and martyr—upon his family, his companions, and all those who wage jihad on his path, until the Day of Judgment.
O you, our steadfast, patient, and faithful people in great Gaza; O children of our people, wherever you may be; O masses of our Islamic and Arab Ummah; And O all the free men of the world—may the peace of God be upon you, as well as His mercy and His blessings.
Four months have passed since the zionist enemy reignited its barbaric, Nazi aggression against our people and loved ones in the Gaza Strip, after betraying and reneging on its commitments, and turning its back on the agreement reached with the Resistance in January 2025.
It lied to mediators as it did to the entire world, in order to resume its pursuit of a so-called victory, continuing its sadism against civilians and children, and perpetuating the criminal habit that forms the very identity of its [zionist] gangs: the methodical destruction of neighborhoods, towns, and civilian population centers.
It has prolonged this unjust war against our people for 21 months. Twenty-one months summed up by the steadfastness of our people's mujahideen and resistance fighters, as unshakeable as mountains; by the patience of our great, proud, and generous nation—a patience like that of the Prophets; by the shame and dishonor of the perverse tyrants who are the usurping occupiers; and by the disgraceful abandonment by those bound to us by blood, Arab identity, and Islam—except for those whom God, in His mercy, has graced among the sincere, the mujahideen, the oppressed peoples powerless before injustice, and the free men of this world, [acting] in accordance with their humanity.
In recent months, the enemy has announced an operation it has named “Gideon’s Chariots”, in an attempt to project falsified myths of the Torah and to cloak its racist, Nazi war in false holiness—a war that resembles nothing but the deeds of demons and the practices of cowardly, vile gangs.
We have confronted this operation, and we continue to confront it, by the power of God, through a series of operations we named “The Stones of David”, inspired by the victory God granted to His believing servant, David—peace be upon him—against the tyrannical and arrogant oppressor Goliath.
Thus God opened the way for our mujahideen, and He guided their strikes by His permission.
And God accompanied His soldiers with His presence, as they recited with every shot the following verse: “You did not throw when you threw, but it was God who threw” [Surah al-Anfal [8], verse 17].

Our mujahideen, alongside the mujahideen brothers and fighters from other factions of the Resistance, especially our brothers from Al-Quds Brigades (Islamic Jihad), are waging an unequal confrontation, with unmatched faith, fierce bravery, and unshakeable determination, supported by the power of God, His grace, and His blessing.
Over the course of these months, we have brought down hundreds of enemy soldiers, killed or wounded, and thousands more are suffering from psychological disorders and trauma.
The number of enemy soldiers committing suicide continues to rise, crushed by the horror of the vile and bloody acts they commit, and by the greatness of the Resistance they face, surrounded by the presence of God and His soldiers.
Our mujahideen are surprising the enemy with new and varied tactics and methods, having drawn lessons from the longest war and confrontation in the history of our people.
Our fighters have carried out—and continue to carry out—unique and heroic operations, targeting vehicles with missiles and explosive devices, engaging in direct combat with the enemy, our snipers firing at his soldiers and officers, blowing up buildings and tunnel mouths, setting complex ambushes, and launching raids against his forces.
The whole world has seen our heroes mounting enemy vehicles in Khan Younis, striking occupation soldiers at point-blank range, tracking down the criminal soldier specialized in demolishing civilian homes, eliminating him and seizing his weapon.

Over the past few weeks, our mujahideen have attempted several operations to capture zionist soldiers.
Some of these operations nearly succeeded—were it not, first, for the will of God, and then because the enemy resorted to killing its own soldiers suspected fearing their capture by the Resistance [Hannibal doctrine].
Our mujahideen’s operations extended from the far north and east of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia, in the north of the Gaza Strip, through the neighborhoods of al-Tuffah, Shuja‘iyya, and Zaytoun in Gaza, to Khan Younis and Rafah—making the Gaza Resistance the greatest military school of popular resistance against occupiers in contemporary history.
O our people, O our Ummah,
We, the Martyr ‘Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, 21 months after the Battle of al-Aqsa Flood and the Nazi zionist war against our people, declare the following:
1: Our mujahideen, along with our brothers from other factions of the Resistance, are fully prepared to pursue a long battle of attrition against the occupying forces, whatever the form of their aggression and whatever their offensive plans. Our mujahideen are bound by a pact to hold their ground and strike the enemy until the aggression is defeated or martyrdom is achieved.
Our fight is a fundamental principle, an indisputable right, a sacred religious and national duty. We have no choice but to pursue this fight with all our strength, resolve, and fierce firmness, with God’s help and support.
We will fight with the stones of this land, with all we possess in terms of willpower and believing men who, with very few weapons, accomplish dazzling miracles by the Grace of God. At this stage, the strategy and decision of al-Qassam leadership are clear: to inflict lethal losses in the ranks of enemy soldiers, to carry out targeted, high-quality operations at close range, and to seek to capture zionist soldiers.
If the enemy’s terrorist regime chooses to continue its war of extermination, it thereby chooses to continue receiving the coffins of its soldiers and officers.
Their tanks will not be able to protect them, nor shield them from a certain death—shaped by believing hands and hurled by the hand of God.
“They thought their fortresses would protect them from God, but God reached them from where they did not expect, and He cast terror into their hearts.” [Surah al-Hashr [59], verse 2].
2: While we are proud of the steadfastness and heroic deeds of our mujahideen, we are fully aware of the extent of the pain and suffering endured by our battered people and our patient families, whose sorrows we share day after day.
And if we assume our duty—the one entrusted to us by our Lord—to defend ourselves and fight this enemy, this in no way exonerates the Ummah of two billion [Muslims] of its responsibility, which it has, alas, neglected.
Our enemy is supplied without interruption by the most powerful oppressive forces in the world, who send shipments of arms and ammunition, while the regimes and powers of our Ummah look on passively as their brothers on the front line [defending Islam] are massacred by the tens of thousands, subjected to starvation, deprived of water and medicine.
We say to history, with bitterness and pain, and before all the children of our Ummah: O leaders of this Islamic and Arab Ummah, O its elites, its great parties, and its scholars: you are our adversaries before God, the Almighty.
You are the adversaries of every orphaned child, every bereaved mother, every displaced, homeless, wounded, afflicted, starving person.
Your necks bend under the weight of the blood of tens of thousands of innocents betrayed by your silence.
This Nazi criminal enemy would never have been able to perpetrate this genocide before your eyes and within your hearing, had it not been guaranteed impunity—securing your silence and purchasing your betrayal.
We do not absolve anyone of responsibility for this blood being shed in torrents.
We do not exempt anyone capable of acting—each according to his or her measure and influence.
By God, we see the humiliation, the enemy’s contempt for our Ummah, his profanation, his arrogance unleashed upon it.
And our hearts bleed with pain, for we know the cowardice, the weakness, and the debasement of our enemy, as well as his true nature.
And we know, even more, the divine truth concerning him: “You inspire in them more fear than God Himself” [Surat al-Hashr, verse 13], should he come up against the pride of Islam borne by its people, and the nobility of lost Arabism.
But this is despondency [1]... God is enough for us, and He is the best of guarantors.
Is this great, immense, and glorious Ummah incapable of delivering food, water, and medicine to the starving, besieged population of Gaza?
Is it incapable of halting this outpouring of blood—spilled in torrents to terrorize our Ummah, break its will, and lay the foundations of a zionist empire on the land of Arabism and Islam, with your first qibla (Al-Aqsa Mosque) as its capital, the place of your Prophet’s ascension, peace and blessings of God be upon him.
Or perhaps upon the ruins of Al-Aqsa?
May the eyes of cowards never sleep.

On the other hand, we send our salutations to our beloved and blessed people of Yemen—the land of wisdom and faith—to its armed forces, and to our sincere brothers in AnsarAllah.
They have astonished the world with their steadfastness and the sincerity of their stance alongside Palestine, Gaza, its people, and its mujahideen.
They have imposed an active and effective front on the enemy—a resounding proof against the inert and submissive Arab and Islamic regimes, forces, and major parties, some of which, alas, have become facades of injustice and sedatives for the people and their free youth.
Their credibility and grand slogans now stand exposed in light of their betrayal and their failure to support the purest and most sacred cause of the Arabs and Muslims.

Salutations as well to all the free men and women throughout the world who strive to show their solidarity, to break the blockade, to lift the injustice weighing upon our people—by all means—braving danger, abandonment, and the smear campaigns orchestrated by the hypocrites of the Ummah, “who think that every cry is against them” [Surah al-Munafiqun [63], verse 4].
All initiatives and expressions of solidarity from free peoples—whether they succeed or are crushed under zionist diktats—are a source of pride and honor for our people.
We call for their intensification, for their continuation, and for the denunciation of this enemy by all means, in all arenas, and on all fronts.
3: We firmly support the position of the Palestinian Resistance’s negotiating delegation in the indirect talks with the enemy.
Over the past several months, we have repeatedly proposed a comprehensive agreement, providing for the simultaneous handover of all enemy prisoners.
But the war criminal Netanyahu and his Nazi ministers have rejected this offer.
It has become clear that they do not care about the (remaining) prisoners, as they are soldiers, and that their case is not among their priorities.
They have even prepared the entity’s public opinion to accept the idea of their collective death.
As for us, we have done our utmost to preserve their lives until now.
We are closely following the course of the negotiations and hope they will lead to an agreement that ensures an end to the war against our people, the withdrawal of the occupying forces, and the delivery of relief to our families.
However, if the enemy persists in its intransigence and once again withdraws from this phase, as it has done every time, we guarantee no return to the formula of partial agreements, nor to the “ten prisoners” proposal.
4: One of the signs of zionism’s failure to confront the Resistance and to break our people is its resort to ignoble solutions, which constitute war crimes, collective punishments, acts of extermination and ethnic cleansing—alas, blatantly supported by the US regime.
This enemy excels in the torture of innocents, openly declares its intention to displace populations, and boasts of methodical destruction as a military achievement.
It presents the world with projects to establish Nazi concentration camps under false, fictitious, supposedly humanitarian names.
It is as if this enemy were seeking to rehash decades-old experiences and project them onto its adversaries, with a sadism and barbarity before which Nazism itself pales—requiring the entire world to categorically reject these camps.
Failing that, the lie of “anti-Semitism,” which our enemies have fed on for decades, would be exposed as a farce and a scandal.
It is not for our people to pay the price of the psychological complexes of criminal zionism.
It is the zionists themselves who must understand that the root of the hostility and innate hatred nations bear toward them lies in their own actions and crimes against humanity.
5: The attempts to recruit mercenaries and agents of the occupation under Arab names are a clear sign of failure and a sure recipe for defeat.
These agents will be nothing but burnt assets, swept away by the breath of conscience, dignity, and rejection of the betrayal of our people.
Whatever the enemy spends on them will yield nothing but regret, ruin, and evident loss for the occupation and its agents, God willing.
We call on these agents to repent immediately and return to the embrace of their people before it is too late—when remorse will be of no use.
Otherwise, their end will be tragic, and a lesson to every traitor and coward.
We also do not forget to express our full gratitude and pride for the stance of the honorable families and tribes of our people, who have disassociated themselves from a handful of isolated agents, who represent none but themselves.
And finally, O children of our great and patient people, O source of the revolution, O crucible of true men, O you who bid farewell every day to a radiant caravan of martyrs, O brothers of Moses, God’s interlocutor, tormented by the worst enemies of God, yet who said only: “No, indeed, with me is my Lord: He will guide me” [Surah al-Shu‘ara [26], Verse 62].
O grandchildren of Joseph the Truthful, betrayed by his brothers and thrown into the well, but to whom came victory and elevation.
O beloved of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), besieged in the mountain pass, hunted to the cave, forced to retreat at Uhud, and yet granted the help of his Lord: “God will be sufficient for you against them” [Surah al-Baqarah [2], Verse 137].
O brothers of the family of Yāsir (parents of ‘Ammār b. Yāsir), tortured for the love of God, and to whom it was said: “Patience, O family of Yāsir, your meeting place is Paradise”—your steadfastness in the face of abandonment, your patience, your generosity, your defiance in the face of oppression and deprivation—these are what most enrage your enemies.
This night will inevitably come to an end, for victory comes with patience, relief follows distress, and surely, after hardship comes ease [Surah al-Sharh [94], verse 5-6].
We kiss the heads of each of our great men—the patient, the steadfast, the victorious, God willing—and we send them our noblest greetings, bearing for them the glad tidings from our Lord, the Most High: “To God belongs the command, before and after; and on that day, the Muslims of commitment too will rejoice in God’s victory. He grants victory to whom He wills. And He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. [That is] God’s promise: God never breaks His promise, but most people do not know,” [Surah al-Rum [30], Verses 4–6].
“And God prevails over His affairs, but most people do not know.” [Surah Yusuf [12], Verse 21]
This is a jihad whose only outcome can be victory or martyrdom.
May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.
NOTES
[1] Reference to a well-known hadith of the Prophet (ﷺ):
"The nations will soon band together against you as guests rush around a dish."
Someone asked: "Will it be because we will be few in number on that day, O Messenger of God?"
He replied: "No, on the contrary, on that day you will be numerous, but you will be like the foam of the sea, swept away by the flood. God will remove from the hearts of your enemies the fear they once had of you, and He will cast al-wahan (despondency) in your hearts."
It was asked: "What is al-wahan, O Messenger of God?"
He replied: "Love of this world and aversion to death."
