How The Islamic Resistance Defeated Zionist Barbarism

The disparity in weapons and manpower between the zionist war criminals and the Islamic resistance in Palestine could not be greater. Yet Gaza’s defenders singlehandedly stood up to the most powerful military machine in West Asia (aka the Middle East) for more than two years and did not surrender. Regardless of the spin, the zionist war machine has suffered a crushing defeat.

The zionists had declared that they will destroy the Islamic resistance, secure the release of Israeli prisoners by military force and disarm Hamas and other resistance forces in Gaza. They had also vowed to completely destroy Gaza’s infrastructure, making it uninhabitable. This was meant to drive the Palestinians out of their land so that zionist squatters could move in to occupy it.

After more than two years of genocide and destruction, the zionists have achieved none of their objectives apart from killing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian civilians. The ugly face of zionism lies exposed to the entire world.

People no longer buy into the perpetual whining about Jewish ‘victimhood’. The zionists are seen as genociders and barbarians unworthy of sympathy.

It was Donald Trump’s 20-point plan that brought an end to the zionist onslaught, albeit barely. The pros and cons of the plan will be discussed endlessly, as will the question of whether the Palestinians will achieve their state. What is undeniable is that the Islamic resistance has singlehandedly defeated the zionist war-machine that had the full backing of the US and its European allies.

True, the Palestinians have paid a very heavy price in life and blood. The official death toll of more than 68,200 Palestinians is grossly under-reported. The actual death toll is 40% higher, as the Lancet study reported earlier this year. The vast majority of victims are children and women. The United Nations has described Israeli atrocities as acts that amount to genocide.

The zionists even used starvation as a weapon of war to break the will of the Palestinian people to force them out of the tiny sliver of land called Gaza. Despite sacrificing thousands of lives, the Palestinians did not abandon their land or their bombed-out homes. Their sumud (steadfastness) and resilience have won global admiration.

The complicity of western as well as Arabian and Muslim regimes in the zionist-perpetrated genocide has also been exposed. Lecturing others about human rights, the hypocrisy of western regimes is strikingly evident.

This also reflects the west’s deep-seated racism. Palestinian lives do not matter, only those of the zionist Jews. Hence, the constant harping about the release of Israeli “hostages”. They were prisoners, not hostages.

There was seldom any mention of the thousands of Palestinian hostages (at least 10,000) facing torture and humiliation in Israeli dungeons. At least 135 bodies of Palestinian prisoners returned showed clearly signs of torture. Some were shot in the head. Hundreds of others had their limbs broken.

And contrary to zionist/western propaganda, the war did not start on October 7, 2023. Zionist terrorism against the Palestinian people predates 1947. There is a long and gory record of zionist war crimes. While the zionists and their western apologists remain fixated on October 7, they deliberately ignore the decades-long history of zionist terrorism.

As perennial forgers of history, they lied about Palestinian fighters raping and killing Israeli women and burning babies alive. No such thing ever happened. The zionist squatters themselves confirmed this (see here and here). Palestinian fighters were under strict orders to not harm any of their captives.

The zionist squatters were killed by the Israeli military under what is referred to as the “Hannibal doctrine”. For the zionist rulers, a dead Jew is preferrable to one taken captive by the Palestinians. This has been confirmed by multiple zionist and independent sources (see here, here and Ha’aretz).

Israeli prisoners released by Hamas have confirmed that they were treated very humanely. In many instances, Hamas fighters put their own lives at risk to protect the prisoners. And they gave the prisoners better food than what the Hamas fighters ate themselves despite the Israeli blockade of food to the two million Palestinians that resulted in the death of hundred of babies from starvation.

Compare this to the horrific torture of Palestinian hostages—doctors, nurses, women, children and men—in Israeli prisons. All of them were kidnapped from their homes or from hospitals. Despite being aware of the Israeli torture of Palestinian hostages, Hamas fighters did not exact revenge from Israeli prisoners.

For the zionist war criminals, two things are of paramount importance: their physical survival, and making money. When the zionists launched their genocidal war, Hamas fired home-made rockets at Israeli cities. Tens of thousands of Israelis fled the country. Most of them are people with technical skills.

Economically, the war has been a disaster. The Bank of Israel estimates the war costs to be $55.6 billion. More than 60,000 businesses were shut down by July 2024. The port of Eilat stopped operations due to Yemeni Ansarallah’s blockade of ships in the Red Sea carrying goods to Israel.

Tourism and foreign investment, important foreign exchange earners, have collapsed. Many global companies, especially in technology, have cut or frozen their dealings with Israel.

There has also been a marked shift in the perception of people across the world toward zionist Israel. In Latin America, Africa and Asia, governments have expelled ambassadors or suspended relations with the zionist entity altogether.

Even in the US, Israel’s principal supporter and underwriter, public support has fallen to record lows. This has been evident in protests on US university campuses, statements from trade unions and dissent within Jewish communities.

What was previously unconditional backing for Israel is no longer sustainable. Public pressure has forced several members of US congress to re-examine their uncritical support of Israel.

It is much the same story in Europe. Some of the largest rallies in support of Palestine have been held in places like Italy and France. Even in Britain, despite a ruthless and illegal clampdown on Palestine Action, people in their hundreds of thousands have joined rallies in support of Palestine. Spain has cut off military supplies to Israel.

There is a tectonic shift in global perception of Israel. It is no longer seen as a “beacon of democracy”; rather, it is viewed as a pariah state. Its political and military leaders face arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC). And the zionist entity is under investigation by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for genocide.

Never united, divisions in the zionist snake pit have deepened. An implosion cannot be ruled out.

Had the Islamic Resistance and the Palestinian people not shown such heroism and steadfastness, zionist Israel would still be presenting itself as a beacon of light in a sea of darkness. Its barbaric nature lies exposed to the entire world. This is a great victory for the Palestinian cause.
