If Mir Aimal Kansi were of Jewish origin, he would not be sitting in a Virginia County jail today. Kansi’s problem is that he has the wrong religion even if he does not take it seriously. As for his looks, he could perhaps pass for an East European Jew.
The Jewish link to Kansi’s saga is not mere speculation. Jews are indeed the ‘chosen race’ as far as America is concerned. Take the case of Samuel Sheinbein, a 17-year-old Maryland high school student, who murdered a fellow student and then fled to Israel. It was a pretty gruesome affair.
Sheinbein and another Maryland student, Aaron Needle, murdered Alfredo Tello Jr on September 18. Sheinbein then sawed off his victim’s head with an electric saw before setting it on fire. The police found the box from which the electric saw had been taken in Sheinbein’s garage.
Sheinbein’s father Shlomo and brother Robert helped in his escape to Israel which has refused to extradite the killer because the zionist State claims he is an Israeli citizen. Shlomo Sheinbein was born in British-mandated Palestine in 1944 and his parents brought him to the US when he was six. Shlomo is a former employee of the US pentagon.
Samuel Sheinbein the murderer was born in the US but according to zionist logic, any Jew even remotely connected with Palestine is automatically an Israeli citizen. Israel insists that the trial must take place there, not in the US.
The Montgomery County executive, Douglas Duncan is unhappy about this. He wants the trial to be conducted in his county outside Washington DC because all the evidence, the witnesses and the victim’s family are there. He also states that it would be a nightmare for a prosecution lawyer to conduct a proper trial in Israel.
Sheinbein’s case needs to be compared with that of Kansi. His is also an ordinary murder case; not a ‘terrorist’ one, as some have mistakenly assumed. There is no extradition treaty between the US and Pakistan yet Kansi, a Pakistani-born citizen, was handed over to the Americans with the connivance of the Pakistani government.
Kansi’s rights as Pakistani citizen were violated by the very people who should be the first to uphold the law. He was denied due process under Pakistani law. Newspaper reports have since given further information about how Kansi was held in a cell in the US embassy in Islamabad. This is another violation of the use of diplomatic space by a foreign government on Pakistani soil. How could the Americans hold a Pakistani citizen in the embassy which was turned into a jail cell?
Consider the position of Israel, on the other hand. It refuses to handover an American-born Jew wanted by the US on a murder charge. Tel Aviv insists that Sheinbein must be tried in Israel.
There are no demands for the father and brother of Sheinbein to be extradited either, for assisting a murderer to escape the country. In Kansi’s case, when his brother came to the US to assist in his defence, the police and other American officials forbid him to speak to the media or other interested parties. Kansi’s brother was treated almost like a prisoner.
Pakistan does not care even for its native-born citizens; Israel would go to bat for those who were not even born there. Is it any wonder then that Pakistani passport holders are ridiculed at every immigration check-point in the world?
