As tensions and conflict between India and Pakistan—both nation-States—went into high gear, the Jamiat Ulama-e Hind issued a statement confirming that they stand with the Mushrik Indian aggressors.
As if this statement was not treacherous enough, another member of the clergy class said, “Ulama and Madrasah students will guard the border. We won’t even allow the Angel Jibril into India if he is returning from Pakistan.”
Yet these statements are only the symptom of the deeper malaise.
In recent times, there has emerged an entire intellectual-cum-ideological deviation under the discourse known as "the fiqh of minorities and national responsibilities."
It is this fiqh/jurisprudence that took, by official accounts, 5,000 American Muslims, (unofficially figures range up to 25,000, when even one Muslim in the military service of the anti/counter-Islamic civilization is already one too many) into the coalition in Afghanistan.
These nationalists should be correctly described as such: American Muslims, Indian Muslims, et al, rather than Muslims in America or Muslims in India, etc, so that their first and primary loyalties are correctly pointed out and known by the general Muslim body.
What happened to the guidance from Allah and His Prophet in all of this fiqhi discourse?
Allah’s Prophet says, “whoever carries arms against the Muslims is not part of the Muslims and whoever cheats us is not part of the Muslims.”
When this pace-setting deviation is traced to its source, inevitably the trail leads to the Kingdom of Saud Arabia.
Even in South Africa this deviation, i.e. “the fiqh of minorities and national responsibilities” has set in.
The clergy-class and the wannabe clergy-class have and continue to argue that national responsibility and national patriotism is from the maqasid (small m) of the shari‘ah (small s)... their maqasid and their shari‘ah, not Allah’s.
A reminder for those Muslims into African National Congress (ANC) politics is in order regarding the fact that despite some of them investing their whole lives and bragging about the good Hindu-Muslim relations in South Africa, there is deafening silence from their Hindu bosom buddies on the oppression of Muslims by India.
Additionally, there is also a marked absence of any Hindu presence at any Palestinian solidarity event.
And behind the Mushrik Indian hand is the zionist Israeli hand.
Although the Mushrik-Israeli relations go back many millennia, in current times and in pursuit of its Dehyphenation Policy, India has been rapidly intensifying its relationship with zionist Israel, particularly in the defense and agricultural sectors.
In 2022, unfortunately, 37 African countries including 13 defense ministers participated in the African Defense Dialogue, which was held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat as India sought to expand its military cooperation with the continent.
Zionist Israel has used agriculture and water treatment plants to infiltrate Arab and African countries, South Africa included.
Since Iran is also facing water shortage, zionist Israel commenced courses in Farsi online to infiltrate the Islamic Republic.
There is also growing pressure from the nationalists in Iran to have the revolutionary leadership gradually abandon the Palestinian struggle which, according to these nationalists, heretofore has brought only high economic cost and misery to the Iranian people.
In the meantime, the sectarian clergy-class who are unable to deal with the treachery committed at the level of the rulers in Muslim lands have become quiet.
Or, if they want to offer criticism, they do it in a sly way by including all these rulers under one umbrella of treachery.
There is a qualitative difference between the revolutionary leadership, and the policy and actions of the Islamic State in Iran when compared to the rest of the rulers in Muslim lands.
The next level of treachery by the clergy class is reflected in their becoming rather quiet!
What should concern the Muslims in India (as opposed to Indian Muslims) in the immediate term is their survival with dignity.
Rather than face the constant threat from the Indian Mushrik regime thereby abandoning Islam in all forms except ritual and thus succumbing to increasing aggressive Hindutva pressure, they should migrate en masse within India, but westwards from where they should build stronger people-to-people relations with their Islamic neighbor to the west, viz. Pakistan.
At the same time, the Muslims from Pakistan (as opposed to Pakistani Muslims) should reciprocate and build stronger people-to-people relations with their Islamic neighbor to the west, viz. Islamic Iran.
This would contribute towards strengthening the unity of Muslims after which more effective future actions can be considered against hostile forces, high on the list being zionist Israel and Mushrik India.
You will surely find that, of all people, the most hostile to those who are committed [to Allah] are the Yahud as well as those who are bent on ascribing divinity/authority to any beside Allah (Mushriks)… (The Ascendant Qur’an, Surat Al Maa’idah, verse 82).
