Rights group alerts UN body over UAE terrorism

Crescent International

The International Institute for Rights and Development and the Rights Radar Foundation on September 17 made an explosive revelation.

Their statement related to the UAE’s team of international terrorists operating in Yemen.

This was revealed during the 45th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) held in Geneva.

Despite its serious nature, the revelation hardly found space on any international media platforms.

For two decades since 911, the West led by the US has waged a relentless “war on terror”. Yet here is a threatening development that has been virtually ignored.

The Arab human rights NGO stated that “the United Arab Emirates hired American mercenaries to carry out high-profile assassinations in Yemen. They conducted several operations in Aden and other cities, resulting in the assassination of dozens of politicians and public figures during the past five years of armed conflict in Yemen. Among 30 thousand mercenaries from 4 Latin American countries hired by the UAE, at least 450 mercenaries have been deployed to Yemen after they received training by U.S. trainers.”

If such a statement were issued about Venezuela, Iran or Turkey, the corporate media would be awash with provocative headlines.

Since this crime relates to the autocratic regime of UAE, a NATO and Israeli puppet, international law applies differently to it.

The last time the US trained international fighters on a mass scale in Afghanistan in the 1980s and more recently in Syria, the world got Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

The latest news from Yemen once again highlights the reality that NATO regimes are fine with violent thugs roaming the globe freely as long as their brutality is directed at the West’s adversaries.

This short-sighted approach has already produced a massive blowback in Afghanistan and Syria.

Yemen will not be any different.

After formally surrendering to Zionist Israel, the UAE is likely to escalate its lawlessness since it is now considered a strategic Western regional vassal.

The fact that Western regimes have deliberately ignored the latest report is another sign that people’s well-being is not their primary concern.

It is thus necessary that the International Institute for Rights and Development and the Rights Radar Foundation, along with likeminded NGOs, develop a coherent plan to mobilize Western voters against regimes which choose to ignore obvious threats to global security by their vassals.

If Western regimes begin to feel the heat from domestic voters, they might be compelled to apply some pressure on the UAE’s criminal conduct.

The political and military alliance of Western regimes with the UAE and Saudi Arabia does not only threaten Muslims, it also poses a threat to Western societies.
