The one area Muslims are really far behind is the media front. There is urgent need for effective independent Muslim media.
In the age of the internet, the vicious propaganda against Islam and Muslims has intensified. This was expected since the warmongers and merchants of death are in constant need of enemies to peddle their murderous wares, leading as they do to wars of aggression. But what should Muslims do? It is not enough to complain about what the corporate media and its branches are doing against Islam and Muslims. We must strengthen our own media outlets such as Crescent International. This requires financial support as well as encouraging others to subscribe to it. I do it regularly in my circle of friends so that Muslims are properly informed. I urge others to do the same.
