he people of Kashmir are the victims of Indian state terrorism. They have endured seven decades of occupation and oppression offering thousands of lives in their struggle for the right to self-determination. They have refused to be cowed by the 700,000-strong Indian army of occupation that has indulged in gruesome crimes. India is guilty of war crimes. Its rulers must be charged with these crimes in a properly constituted court of law and given exemplary punishment. Justice-loving people everywhere must be mobilized for this cause.
