Israel’s ongoing killing of Palestinians in Gaza

While the world and indeed much of the Muslim world’s attention is diverted to the uprisings sweeping the Islamic East, Zionist Israel is using the regional political turmoil as a cover to do what it has always done best: kill innocent Palestinians in Gaza with its weapons of mass destruction and disinformation.

On March 16, 21, 22 and 23, Israel’s US-supplied planes bombed the tiny Gaza Strip killing 16 civilians, some of them children. Dozens were injured. In retaliation, Islamic Jihad detonated a bomb near Jerusalem’s bus station on March 23 killing one Israeli. The Palestinian group said it carried out the attack in retaliation for Israel’s March 22 attack that killed nine people.

Far from showing remorse for killing civilians, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed: “Israel will act aggressively.” This is nothing new as Israel is a well-oiled killing machine. Israel’s murderous attacks have killed tens of thousands of Palestinians over the last 60 years. Two years ago, Israel launched a vicious attack on the defenceless enclave of Gaza, killing more than 1,400 civilians and destroying 5,000 homes after a siege that starved the indigenous population for over two years. None of them has been repaired, nor are vital supplies permitted to be transported there, because of Israel’s illegal siege of Gaza that is also enforced by Egypt, contributing to the misery of the Palestinian people.

There was no word of condemnation from the US or any other Western do-gooders — so exercised by the “plight” of the Libyan people that they have imposed a no-fly zone and are bombing Colonel Qaddafi’s forces, leading some to speculate that the West is pursuing a hidden agenda in Libya.
