Targeting TikTok to block exposure of Israeli crimes

Crescent International

Don't ban TikTok, end the zionist genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and dismantle the racist ideology of zionism.

Using the excuse that the Chinese company Bytedance owns TikTok is a ‘threat’ to US national security, the Washington warlords want to ban it.

The real reason is much more sinister.

It is aimed at censoring any exposure of Israeli crimes in Gaza that Tiktokers have been doing on this platform.

Since almost all other platforms are already controlled by zionist forces, the last remaining relatively free platform is also under attack.

The hoopla about its being a ‘threat’ to US national security is an attempt to divert attention from the real reason behind the assault on TikTok.

As AP reported: “Former Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin says he’s putting together investor group to buy TikTok.”

“Former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Thursday [March 15] that he will put together an investor group to buy TikTok after the House passed a bill that would ban the popular video app in the US if its China-based owner does not sell its stake,” according to the AP report.

“During an interview on CNBC’s ‘Squawk Box,’ Mnuchin, who served under President Donald Trump, said he had spoken ‘to a bunch of people’ about creating an investor group that would purchase the popular social media company. He offered no details about who may be in the group or about TikTok’s possible valuation.

“This should be owned by US businesses,” Mnuchin said. “There’s no way that the Chinese would ever let a US company own something like this in China.”

As a rabid zionist, Mnuchin was being less than honest.

When he talks about “US businesses”, he is actually referring to the pro-Israeli mafia in the US.

He is leading the charge on behalf of his favorite country—yes, you guessed it right, Israel (not the US).

There is a two-pronged attack against TikTok: legislation in Congress to ban it, and the second to buy it outright.

Congressional legislation will face a court challenge based on First Amendment rights.

If the company can be bought, it will put it under direct zionist control, like Facebook and other US-based media platforms.

Quoting Ricci Sergienko (@Roots_Action), the Institute for Public Accuracy, wrote:

“Well… who is the #1 contributor to the TikTok ban bill’s author, Rep. Mike Gallagher? That’s right -- AIPAC. ...

‘“We have a major TikTok problem. A Gen-Z problem.’

Leaked audio of ADL chief executive Jonathan Greenblatt freaking out because global youth aren’t buying Israel’s propaganda anymore. THIS is why they’re trying to ban Tiktok. ...

“This legislation’s practical ban on TikTok would constitute a serious First Amendment violation and an infringement upon free speech. This does very little to address broader concerns about privacy rights, as US based social media companies extensively violate those rights.”

The campaign against TikTok has been going on for several years but it picked up speed after Hamas’s October 7 operation and the zionist genocidal war on Gaza that has cause more than 31,300 deaths and another 72,000 injured.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported of the bill targeting TikTok: “It was slow going until Oct. 7.”

As early as 2021, Axios had reported: “Scoop: Israeli spy chief in talks to join Mnuchin’s investment fund”.

The Times of Israel was equally forthright: “Former US treasurer Mnuchin leads $275 million funding in Israeli Cybereason.”

TikTok, more than any other platform, has been providing graphic images of what’s going on in Gaza.

The zionists are freaking out.

They can no longer present an image of their victimhood and trot out the holocaust to silence critics of Israel’s genocidal policies.

They are perpetrating the holocaust of the Palestinian people.

In January, the Jerusalem Post ran the piece “Time to invest in Israel, says former US treasury secretary Mnuchin.”

What did Craig Mokhiber, former director of the New York office of the UN High Commission on Human Rights said about the plan to ban TikTok?

He stated: “They are not trying to ban #TikTok. They are trying to use government power to force TikTok to be taken over by pro-Israel ownership to silence criticism of #Genocide and #apartheid.”

Other commentators are equally appalled.

James Rehwald, who has over 400,000 followers on TikTok, said:

“This bill is nothing but an attempt to censor young Americans’ progressive political education, activism, and organizing under the guise of protecting national security. The US-backed Israeli genocide of Palestinians exposed on TikTok and the abundance of pro-Palestinian content has renewed calls for tighter imperialist control of the narrative while protecting US monopoly capitalist interests.”

There is a simple alternative to banning or controlling TikTok.

End the zionist genocide in Gaza.

Better still, abolish the racist ideology of zionism so that all people in the Middle East can live in peace and harmony.
